SHIPPING POLICY

After submitting your order you’ll receive an email verifying that the order has been received. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an additional email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order, and any tracking information. We will ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been placed.

We guarantee that your order will be packaged well and handled with care.  We are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for products damaged after delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please choose a secure delivery address as we cannot refund or replace stolen or lost orders.

We are a small family-owned business and in case of any shipping delays or store closures, we will notify all customers on our website and/or via email. If an order contains a back-ordered or sold-out product, we will not ship the order until the missing products are back in stock.

We are a company based in Illinois and we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Illinois. Any orders shipped to a destination outside of Illinois are exempt from sales tax.

We only ship within the US at the moment.

CANCELATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you decide to change your mind regarding an order you’ve placed, you may cancel it within 24 hours, providing it hasn’t been shipped. We try to ship every order within 24-48 hours, so all cancelations must be handled before the item has left the store. To cancel an order, contact us with your email address and order number at scentevolutionshop@gmail.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final, including items purchased as gifts and subscriptions.
